Yes. Reuben F. Scarf guarantees that your suit will arrive and/or be tailored according to your supplied measurements. In the event that there is a major discrepancy between your supplied measurements and the delivered product, Reuben F. Scarf will either replace the suit or provide a discount. For more information, please refer to our T&Cs or contact us.
For normal purchases, your item should arrive within 3-5 business days after payment is made. For tailored suits, as a general rule of thumb, your suits will arrive within 2-3 weeks of your payment. In some special cases, we can provide a priority service that can get to you overnight for same day, regular purchases. However, please consult us beforehand to ensure that we can deliver on this as there are several factors that can cause an impact.
We take pride in our suits and are adamant that you won’t get a fitted suit of a higher quality for the same money anywhere else. We offer a wool content of at least 50% with some of our wares carrying up to 85%. Our suits are often blended with luxury materials such as cashmere and artificial silk depending on the design.
Yes, we are more than happy to look after large groups and wedding parties. We will provide you with an agent who will take responsibility for your account and provide you with advice should you need. We have multiple stores across NSW that your group can drop by to get a personalised experience and fantastic result.
