We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. That's why we offer a flexible 60-day return policy for all online orders.
Simplified Returns:
For a hassle-free return, simply send back the item in its original condition with the original invoice, proof of return postage cost, and a completed claim form enclosed within 60 days of receiving the item. We'll process your refund or exchange, subject to investigation and our return conditions in line with Australian Consumer Law.

- Standard return conditions still apply. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached and a 10% restocking fee applies for any return where our investigation deems it to be buyer's remorse.

- The cost of return postage will be added to your refund where applicable in line with Australian Consumer Law.

- Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to certain returns. However, this fee will not be applied to faulty or damaged items.
- Return Postage: Customers are responsible for return postage costs, except in cases of faulty or damaged items.
- Refund Processing: Please allow 5 business days for refund processing once we receive your return. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
